Wedding Photography Blogging is hard!

October 22, 2020

I really admire all of those who can keep up a blog going years and years and years! Wow, y’all! We all didn’t get the gift of writing!

TBH English is my third language, and it is pretty hard to convey all that I am thinking and feeling by typing. At the threat of feeling naked in front of all of my potential clients, I start my new blogging adventure with this one blog. Hoping and praying to conect with you!

Not a lot of people know who I am and why I do what I do. So should I talk about myself? Gosh isn’t that annoying? I always thought so, but looking back into my own experiences I think I really enjoy all of those who are you kind of posts.

So I am posting this little snippet of what it is life for us out here. Here I go!

Marrying your best friend is the best blessing you can have! I think I totally lucked out on that one. We met at a gas station out of all places. I will give the deets on another blog post but for now, Larry my husband is all I dreamt a husband should be.

It is my pleasure to photograph all of you gorgeous couples who share this same love and commitment to each other. We have been together since 2010 and we have one big 6yr old boy together.

During this quarantine, we have been spending so much time together and I am sure all the couples can relate when I say that our relationship has been tried again and again. Teehee! But hey in the end he is still my best friend, my lover, the father of my child, and most importantly my husband.

Our lives are simple, we have a beautiful small home, within an acre and we love it. We have 3 gorgeous and mischievous Boston Terriers, Chunky is giving me his paw right now so I wont stop petting him. Their names are Chunky my white boy and Bootsie, (his aunt) and lastly my sister’s addition which is Bubbles and he happens to be Bootsie’s younger brother.

We love our dogs like family or children, they are beyond spoiled, and they very well know it. Liam had been wanting a cat for a while now, and well we budged! Larry finally allowed me to rescue a senior cat from APA! Which is great because those senior cats don’t have a lot of opportunities. I personally love them. I think that all animals deserve a chance. Although Mr. Fuzz came in with severe medical problems we love him through and through.

He needs to wear a T-shirt because he is so dark he gets lost on our black floors

Alright, I think I’ll end it in this cute pic hahah he cracks me up all the time. We have so many plans and dreams you guys! I couldn’t do it without you! All my clients mean the world to me. So I thank you from the bottom of my heart for allowing me to help my family and work on my dream job as your wedding photographer.

With lots of love, Katy-
