Your Wedding Photography Inquiry
Woohoo! You're getting married! The first step is reaching out through my contact form to tell me about you, your wedding date and what you're planning.
I'll personally respond so we can talk about your wedding photography needs, answer your questions and make sure we're a good fit. Every wedding is different, so this is also where we'll start figuring out how much coverage makes sense for your day.
My approach is relaxed and personal. I want you to feel comfortable asking questions from the very beginning, and I promise no awkward sales pitch!

Consultation, Packages & Booking
Next, we'll meet by video or in person to talk about your wedding, get to know each other and make sure we're a great fit. This is your chance to ask questions, talk through ideas and tell me what's most important to you.
After our consultation, I'll create a personalized quote and photography timeline based on your wedding and the coverage you need. When you're ready to make it official, you'll receive an online contract and invoice. A $500 retainer and signed contract reserve your wedding date. Engagement Sessions and Wedding Day Planning
If your package includes an engagement or bridal session, we'll schedule it before the wedding and start getting you comfortable in front of the camera. I'll help with posing and direction when you need it while still leaving plenty of room for natural, candid moments, like this romantic courthouse session in downtown Austin.
About a month before your wedding, you'll receive my wedding photography questionnaire. We'll go over your timeline, family photo combinations, important details, and anything else I should know so we're prepared before the big day. See an example wedding photography timeline.
You'll also be able to share inspiration and must-have ideas with me. That preparation helps us spend less time figuring things out on your wedding day and more time actually enjoying it.

Your Wedding Photos, Sneak Peeks and Final Gallery
You're married! Once your wedding day is over, you won't have to wait months to see your first photographs. I'll send a selection of sneak peeks so you can relive some of your favorite moments right away.
Then I'll carefully edit your complete wedding gallery in my colorful, vibrant style. Your complete wedding gallery is typically delivered within 6-8 weeks. Your finished high-resolution JPEG images will be delivered through a private online gallery where you can download, share and enjoy them.
If your package includes an album, we'll also begin the album process so your favorite photographs can live somewhere beyond your phone or computer.
